in my amost four year stay sa uplb, it's the same scene every sem... mahabang-mahabang-mahabang-mahabang-mahabang-pila! pila online at pila sa manual rej. although registration was automized by the ever-famous, campus-renowned, sir duldulao with his invention of the uplb systemone, the PILA culture hasn't changed a bit... owkei...fine! let's do the man some justice... maybe a little... hehe. yah, of course it made some registration procedures faster but it sure did slow down some. oh well, this "new found technology" is still young. i hope in the years to come, mas maging efficient. i have nothing against it. kaka-frustrate lang magwaitlist! hmpf! tapos, wa-efek din pala... i finalized my sked like 5 mins. before the cut-off time, holding on to every chance na makuha ko sa PE! no.2 na kasi sa waitlist eh. but no, the only reason pala that i moved to no.2 is that nag-finalize na mga co-applicants ko. tsk. nonsense.
if online waiting is annoying, actual waiting is ten times more! i'm usually patient, but this time, naging war freak talaga ko! in SU, at about 10 minutes before lunch break, we all went down in dismay. i-cut ba naman ung pila noh when you're super close na. haiz. what we did, we signed a paper with a number before our names so when office hours resume, kami na ang priority. baba ng SU to have lunch, and ayun, ang dami ng nakapila when we went back. i went inside sa office the moment they opened the blinds to let them know bout what we did.. harhar... he replied.."bahala kau!" nice one! if not for the announcement na 'til 3pm lang ang registration, we wouldn't be rushing things. kaya lang, haller? like it's two hours before 3 and the only thing u can say is bahala kau?! so i spoke dun sa mga nakapila and they agreed to let us in first... agree na napilitan... mouthing words as if you're not a feet away from them! super annoying talaga. of course, sinagot ko cla noh! not in a nang-aaway tone naman, in nag-eexplain tone lang. haha. control arlene, control. the most irritating part?! EXTENDED ang rej.! 'til friday! hai. you went gaga to make it before time, tapos di naman pala kelangan. nonsense strike 2!

the PILA-culture is here to stay. waiting-in-line and perhaps waiting-in-life is all part of the nature of this world that we live in. not all we want, we get. coz most of the time, people want the same things as you do... and to have them, you have to hold on a little, wait for your turn.
